All work and training is conveniently provided at your own site, unless otherwise requested. Home or Office visits are conducted by appointment.

Before beginning any work, we will explain clearly, in plain English, what steps need to be taken to resolve your issues. You will understand exactly what is going on with your system, and what your options are, for fully informed control over all actions taken.

Pricing Schedule:

We offer affordable rates for both individuals and small businesses. Discounts are available for larger volumes of work. All work is backed by our “No Fix/No Pay” policy.

System Evaluation/Upgrade Consultation:	FREE
Home users: Computer Repair, Upgrades, Troubleshooting: (Parts and software not included)	$40/hour
Home users: Software/Hardware Training:	$40/hour
Home users: New PC / DSL Setup & Training:	$40/hour
Business systems, network install & administration:	$60/hour

Additional Services (Web Design, Web Hosting, Printer Repairs, Network Wiring) are available through our network of experts. Please contact us for further information.
