I had spent over nine years in the Information Technology industry, even more helping friends with their various computer repair issues, when it occurred to me that I could serve our community with my accumulated skills and experience. The business was born. You should be sure you have a qualified expert working on your system, so here is the abbreviated story of my career: I started my IT career at Network General Corp. in 1994. From 1996 to 2005, I worked as a test engineer - setting up various testing environments and scenarios for all network topologies (Token Ring, HSSI, DS3, ATM, Ethernet, Gigabit Networks, etc), - performed testing using in-house developed tools including the Network General Sniffer, but not limited to SmartBits, Adtech, HP Internet Advisor, W&G. - conducted product safety and regulatory compliance testing at outside labs (Compliance Certification Services and Underwriter Laboratories). - performed failure analysis on defective Sniffer products. President's Recognition Award, BEST EMPOYEE OF THE YEAR, Dec 1996 for outstanding service.
